Full disclosure: I work at Crayon. I was a big fan of the original Inspire product from before I joined the team, becoming one of the first users. Now the website is completely open - no signup needed - which I hope will mean it will help more marketers as they work on their website redesign projects. I still use it anytime I work on our own updated designs!
