As with most low-cost options, everything is great as long as you follow the happy path, but as soon as you need anything different, all bets are off. In my case, I realized that due to a weird refill schedule at my previous pharmacy, I was going to run out of one of my four medications towards the end of a three-month overseas trip. On my doctor's advice, I emailed CostPlus on Tuesday to see if I could get an early refill, and only just now (Friday) got a response directing me to call Customer Service and press the number for prescribers. Finally talked to a representative, then a pharmacist, who said he would see what he could do, but I'm concerned the refill won't reach me before I leave in a week. Three stars because they're good as long as you don't need anything special, and because I did actually finally manage to talk to a human who could help. Just make sure you deal with them well in advance and have a backup plan in case they're too slow.
have received two emails over the past 14 days telling me the scripts are SHIPPING SOON. Cannot find anyone in customer service. Inquiries remain unanswered. this is the worst! would rather spend more for reliability. now i see why the drugs are so cheap - there's absolutely no way to complain when your script isn't filled. Unbelievable.
It's as bad as the other reviewers say. Latest message is "due to a high volume of orders, your shipment maybe delayed." Dangerous waste of time.
Great prices if you can actually receive the drugs. Shipping department is terrible. They will NOT put the correct address on the label, so it is returned. This has happened twice and now they refuse to reship or refund. I actually need these this medication on a daily basis and have now been without for over three weeks. The doctor ordered from my local GoodRX pharmacy that I used before.
My doctor sent my scripts over 2 weeks. The scripts are not in my account yet. I can't order my medication. I contacted them and I got a generic email saying that they can't respond to every single email personally and some other crazy thing. Very complicated and not user-friendly. I use healthwarehouse.com now, a much better option
Awesome if it saved low low-income public from choosing whether they are going to eat today or get their meds filled
I had a mix of different level losartan pills in my 3 month supply. Not impressed.
