We purchased an iOS and Android app a few years ago, and all was working great. We were promised that what we paid was a one time fee, and there would be no need to pay more or perform updates, because updates are performed from the website.
Earlier this year, I found that users could no longer download the Android app because it required an update that I was unaware of. I attempted to reach support several times and heard nothing back. I wrote a complaint on a review website, and they immediately responded and told me they'd help me if I deleted my complaint.
I deleted it, and the updated app they provided didn't work. Again, I reached out to support several times for assistance, and they didn't help.
We have sent 5-10 emails requesting assistance. Find a different company.
