Buyer beware is right. Codat may tempt with its powerful application/API for harnessing user financial data, but it's an absolute nightmare to deal with. Customer service? Expect a sluggish back-and-forth with a one-email-a-day pace. Integration? Prepare for a labyrinth of complexities. Hope for a helpful account executive? Dream on. I've been ensnared in the Codat quagmire for two long years, all thanks to an integration process so headache-inducing, it's like a leech latching onto my system. Once it’s in, good luck getting it out. The experience is akin to being stuck in a digital swamp with no lifeline. The promised functionality becomes a facade when the reality of sluggish service and convoluted integration hits you.
