I absolutely love Coach Parin’s weekly executive coaching newsletter! The self reflection questions are thought-provoking and really makes you think about your goals and priorities. Coach Parin does a great job in curating some of the best tips and insights from other experienced coaches and leaders, which I found to be incredibly useful. Overall, I would highly recommend this newsletter to anyone looking to improve their leadership skills and become more effective in the workplace. Keep up the great work!
I set aside time every week to journal about the discussion prompts from Coach Parin. The questions seem simple, but often force you to unpack what is getting in your way, holding you back, or creating resistance. It’s a great practice and self reflection muscle to build, if you use it.
Could use some social/community feedback mechanisms, but Parin's ideas are great to consider.
