I really hate to leave negative reviews because I am a small business owner and I love to see other businesses flourish and do well especially with positive reviews.
But I have been waiting patiently for Closely to deliver on their promises and I have been ignored, I only get a response once I email them, nothing proactive on their side.
I cant create an account and sync my Linkedin account, Isn't that the basic functionality and starting point of the platform?
For the developers to not be able to fix this basic issue makes me very disappointed in Closely and weary of the company.
I was promised this issue would take 1-2 days to resolve 3-4 days ago and still no feedback unless I write then.
Their general response is:
I understand your concern, but our team is doing everything possible to resolve it, I keep our conversation open to inform you as soon as it is resolved.
They understand my concern that I can't use the product that I paid for, so I must just wait for how many days?
