Commercial sold me , so I bought to give it a whirl and there’s a lot of catches, the numbers of 8 bottles is very unrealistic if you get flavoring you want . Even at level 3 I still only got like 3/22 oz bottles filled . So when weighing out the water purchase and the flavor , in the end it cost much more than flavored water bottles . I don’t recommend .
I always heard good things about the cirkul bottles and I was excited to start using mine because I wanted to start drinking more water, but my experience has left me very disappointed. I received my first order and the first couple of flavor cartridges I used were inconsistent and ran out of flavor after 3 refills of water (they claim it last 6 bottle refills set on 4) so I just figured I received a bad batch or something so I emailed them and they said it might be because of one of the gaskets on my lid and gave me a mile long list of things to try and offered me 3 free cartridges for my troubles. Well it turns out all the cartridges run out between 2 to 4 refills of water and they are all very inconsistent, I tried everything to fix it, I even bought a couple new lids. Every time I contacted customer support about it, they gave me the same mile long list of things to try that didn’t help anything. Another thing I didn’t like was the shipping takes way too long, even with expedited shipping, that you have to pay extra for, still takes over a week. My last order, they didn’t send half my items and I had to message them 3 different times over a course of a week before they emailed me back, and they pretty much ignored everything I said in the previous emails. I think the only reason they finally emailed me back was because I filed a complaint with the BBB. I would not recommend this product because of the inconsistency of the flavor cartridges and because of the horrible customer support.
I ordered one in late April early May and its now July and still haven't received it or my 1 month subscription that I payed for. And don't do refunds.
A lot of these reviews are spot on. I have found a few flavors that I really like and some that I don't. My aggravation comes with the fact that I ordered my last order 3 weeks ago to get it in time before I ran out. I received an email on 7.5.22 stating my product has shipped. After getting no response from customer service after 3 tries, I actually reached out to the carrier. They informed me that the label was printed on 7.5.22 from the vendor but has yet to make it to them to ship to me. I asked if he had a phone number because I have searched every where for one for customer service, I was informed that there is no customer service number that you can call. I have emailed multiple more times with no response from vendor. The slurping noise is very embarrassing to say the least! I don't think they know what customer service is!
I could not get in touch with anyone by email or Phone. The large metal one is way to large to hold and doesn’t fit in the car. The flavors all have an aftertaste and didn’t last as long as they said they would. First one lasted 1 day with 2 refills. Horrible customer service or just NO CUSTOMER SERVICE…..you cannot get in touch with them!
