The product simply doesn't work is too complex and extremely buggy.
Some very basic tasks which can be done with other solutions are done in a horribly complex way, the support doesn't answer in a prompt way and doesn't solve your problems, the support speaks to clients in a very arrogant way (as if we should be privileged for using them / they are doing us a favor). I've been a customer for around 2 years (LTD) and I think I was able to use it maybe once.
They keep making changes, adding and removing features, changing UI, but all without any proper communication with customers or properly updating documentation.
I highly encourage anyone to join countless software groups on Facebook to read what hundreds of people REALLY think about cheat layer and not these incentivised reviews (or reviews on other platforms that are also heavily incentivized (one of many many campaigns:
