I absolutely like the fact that I can specify the kind of questions to the chatbot, in essence train the chatbot to ask the customer specific questions in greeting stage. Also the chat history logs come in very handy to keep track of chatbot engagement and helps our business identify missing content , specifically how it pertains to our website, recurring or common questions on our site we can make improvements on.
