Great service i like the fact that it is a lead collection tool that is highly customizable, so I was able to know where each lead came from because there is an analytics available in dashboard that allows you to see which country and state the customer is from, and I was able to keep track of the chatbot interaction and conversation with
my customers easily.

I absolutely like the fact that I can specify the kind of questions to the chatbot, in essence train the chatbot to ask the customer specific questions in greeting stage. Also the chat history logs come in very handy to keep track of chatbot engagement and helps our business identify missing content , specifically how it pertains to our website, recurring or common questions on our site we can make improvements on. So this is definitely something I will recommend to my coworkers for ease of use and functionality.
