Your on the go note-taking companion
Capacities Mobile App was ranked #2 of the day for July 25th, 2024
The Capacities Mobile App is your note-taking companion when you're on the go. Access all your notes, quickly save important info, and create new content. If you're stuck, ask our integrated AI assistant (Pro-only). Works great together with the desktop app.

We're super happy to officially launch our mobile app. We put a lot of work into it, but it would not have turned like this without all the input and feedback from our users during the beta phase, so a huge thank-you! This launch is only the first step in the journey of our mobile app. We'll continue to develop it further and add exciting features and improvements over time. Our goal is to make it the perfect companion on the go, to make it strong around core mobile use cases—not necessarily to always reach feature parity with the desktop app. Stay tuned for what's next, let us know what you think, and feel free to share your ideas for the next steps of our mobile app! Cheers!

@mvhohnhorst Awesome! However, when I'm logged in on the Android app, the IOS app doesn't let me log in, saying: “Your current device configuration is not supported”. Is that a bug?🤔
Steffen Bleher
@mvhohnhorst @gyrusinczky The app is only available for phones at the moment. An iPad app is in development. I hope that helps.
Gyula Rusinczky
@steffen_bleher Thanks. That explains the issue I'm experiencing, but then how could I download the iPad app on my iPad Pro M1? Kinda confusing.🙄

@steffen_bleher I love love love Capacities and can’t wait for the iPad app.
@mvhohnhorst Great product. Does it open source?

Capacities has truly transformed my note-taking experience on the go. I can easily access all my notes, jot down new ideas, and save important information instantly. 📝 The app's design is intuitive, and the performance is smooth, making it a pleasure to use every day. 🚀 A big shoutout to the team for their hard work and dedication. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making this app top-notch, and it shows. I’m excited to see what future updates will bring! 🎉

Capacities is a tool that has replaced Notion for me. Capacities rethinks the way we collect our information. Instead of folder structures, it focuses on organizing things into objects.

Amazing product with incredible potential. Tried it, loved it, the only thing retaining me from using it daily and paying premium is bulk import. I have too much things saved on Notion to migrate everything one by one, but will certainly switch to Capacities as my main workplace when they add it!

Very useful and powerful app--I use it for my personal knowledge management and tracking writing projects. Supportive community and very active founders. Transparent roadmap. Capacities is going places!
