I purchased 4 cameos and the requests were all either expired or cancelled.
You stated that the hold would be released from my card if I do not receive the cameos, however the charges went through on my bank credit card statement.
I see that credits have been issued to my cameo account. I do not want this.
I read your website more and saw that we should request refunds through Apple. Contradictory to your initial claims about holds.
I attempted to request refunds through Apple and my requests were declined.
Please process a refund manually on your end.
