We process over $100k on Stripe every day and have high ticket sales ranging from $2k to $5k, so it was important for us to stop scams or disputes to save on fees and our Stripe account. 1 day into using ByeDispute (pre-launch) the app has already alerted us about a suspicious payment/customer. I will be sharing this with my other customers as well, so they are ready to tackle disputes before they hit their accounts.
The product while great in theory is riddled with flaws -- within a day of signing up (with a marked up and then "discounted" price) I setup the basic notifications and started to get alerts about risky emails and money being refunded to customers. The "risky" emails were plain old Outlook emails from existing customers. Additionally, the product just refunds the amount without canceling the Stripe subscription.
Furthermore I started receiving multiple notifications about "duplicate payments" and each and every one of those was a false alarm.
Poorly executed.
