Business Model Patterns Card Deck

I especially like the intuitive simplicity of the business model patterns cards. Using them I am forced to rethink the products position. At the same time it's a fun approach that does not feel as restricted as using canvas models.

Disclaimer - I developed this tool over the last 3 years. It ende dup with 75 core cards that each provide clear, actionable insights into diverse business models. I have found this tool to have greatly enhanced my team's ability to explore different options as to how we best innovate and adapt.
