I’ve always kept an emoji‑powered list of bucket‑list ideas that guide my life:
- 🤹♂️ Tiny wins - learning to juggle - 👶 Milestones - having a child (yes, it was on my list!) - 🐟 Wild challenges - trying Surströmming 🫣 - 🎮 Geeky quests - finishing Diablo II (I got stuck after Act 2) - 📚 Big dreams - writing a best‑selling book
Over the years I’ve collected 700+ ideas I want to tackle, or have already checked off, and I plan my years around them. Then I realized I wasn’t alone: others keep these lists too, and seeing their adventures sparked even more inspiration in me.
So I created Bucketly.co: a space where your lifetime goals meet the goals of others. Find fresh inspiration, track your progress, and celebrate achievements—together.
How it works: - 🎯 Browse our curated catalog of bucket‑list ideas - ✅ Mark items as “Wanted” or “Done” - ✨ Add your own personal goals
What's next? - 🌍 Expand curated content - 👤 Social features - browse and connect with users - 💬 Comments and add photo sharing for your achievements - 📅 Yearly planning and milestone tracking - 📌 Discover goals near you
@dariusz_wozniak Congrats on the launch! I am a lover of lists and the discovery aspect is a fun way to uncover other things I'd like to do! This encourages me to move my bucket list out of apple notes. BTW, do you have an iOS app on the roadmap? I just tried to search for this on the app store and that's kind of a non-starter for me... 😅
@ph_leeanntrang Thank you 🙏 That's exactly what Bucketly is all about – getting those dreams out into the open and inspiring each other. So glad you're finding the discovery aspect fun; it's definitely a core part of the experience!
And yes, an iOS app is absolutely on the roadmap! We know how important that is. For now, you might find the mobile web version works really well – it's been heavily optimized for smartphones, so please give it a try. 😉
@dariusz_wozniak cool, I just tried it out. Would be cool to have an ability to make my profile private or only make it available to people I know ("friended" or have in my contacts in my phone or something) and would be cool to be able to make groups around shared goals to celebrate together. Not sure if my friends would want to follow along and share in all my goals, but perhaps specific ones to root each other on, or do them together.
I think an app is still the way to go - as you can send reminders and whatnot, otherwise, I'd be afraid that I don't remember to come to the website 😅
@ph_leeanntrang Thanks for the awesome feedback, Leeann! I really appreciate you taking the time to share your ideas 👍
It's cool to hear you've already tried out the product! You've definitely hit on some key areas I'm actively developing. I completely agree that privacy controls (public, private, or visible only to connections like friends or contacts) and the ability to create groups for shared goals are essential features. I see these groups as a way for people not just to support each other but also to celebrate wins together, or even work on goals collaboratively.
You're right about how important a mobile app is for reminders and keeping you engaged. Notifications and solid social features are definitely where I see huge potential for this platform.
For now, I'm focused on checking if there's real interest in the product and building user base. But please know that all the features you've mentioned - including detailed privacy settings, shared goal lists, and planning together (like a calendar for joint activities with friends or family) - are high on my roadmap.
I encourage you to visit my public roadmap where you can vote on existing suggestions and even propose new ones. Your input really helps me decide what to build next! 💙
What a brilliant idea! Having a bucket list of ideas is the perfect reminder for me. It's so true—the amount of daily distractions is just overwhelming!
@dariusz_wozniak completely agrees. I also think this is a very good product direction - good products bring people freedom, while bad products make people addicted.
