You can see Bot Libre live here and even fork it on GitHub
Sites that help people develop their own bots will become a bigger and bigger space with many competitors I'm sure.
Here is a little blurb:
Bot Libre is an open source platform based on an advanced artificial intelligence engine developed in Java. The Bot Libre AI engine can be used in any Java platform, such as a Java webserver, Java client, or on Android.
The Bot Libre SDK supports access to Bot Libre's web API from JavaScript, Android, Java, iOS, and objective C.
With Bot Libre you can create:
- A Chatbot in just 10 clicks
- Add a virtual agent to your site
- Connect with Android
- Connect with iPhone
- Create a Twitter bot
- Create a bot to manage your Facebook account
I've used Bot Libre long back when chatbots were a fascinating trend..
What's new about this? The features you listed out were there even during that time..
P.S: Wish they had a more modern UI..
@ambonium It is now Open Source :) and available on GitHub.
Saw it on Hacker News, thought it was relevant with all the 'bot noise' going on at the moment.
@ambonium We are constantly adding new features to the Bot Libre platform, the website is updated with new features every few weeks,

I tried this product out a while back as well. For someone that wants a quick and inexpensive way to build a simple bot, even for use on their company's website, this is a really compelling platform with lots of handy features.
