@smalter I've been working remotely for 3+ years and have noticed that people in offices tend to get better tangible perks—free lunches, snacks/beer fridge, on-site gym, happy hours, etc.—that you just can't offer remote people. the flexibility of remote work is great, but i want to be able to offer people that work from home some tangible benefits also.
and to clarify: boostbox is something that employers can buy for their teams. it's very much a benefit or perk that a company can offer their remote employees.
edit: Litmus CEO @unsalted got me thinking about this in his post on the difference between remote and remote-first companies (https://thinkgrowth.org/the-diff...)
