Bird eats bugs is undoubtedly the best bug reporting tool with advanced capabilities. My team loves using bird. Bird has helped us drastically reduce the time involved in bug reporting.
One of our customers was using this tool when troubleshooting some issues, it became a revelation for us as it makes troubleshooting so much easier! As a non techy person, having to ding into the browser console and explain what does not work could be confusing for the dev team, now I can record my screen and the dev team gets all the information they need. Amazing product and very easy to use!
