**FULL DISCLOSURE** I work at BioLite, so I've been able to watch the progression of this and use various prototypes for the past two years. Historically I do everything I can to avoid wearing a headlamp on a camping trip (I would wear the PowerLight Mini instead), but this has actually made it into my rotation. I just did an overnight running relay and the whole team took turns wearing the 5 HeadLamps I brought with me and everyone loved it. For those who are used to using AAs or AAAs in their headlamp, this is USB-rechargeable which might feel unfamiliar - I have found that lately I'm always bringing a powerbank on my trips which can charge a variety of gear vs. packing in AAAs that can only power one specific device.
