I am very frustrated with BHuman. We have been paying for the service for over a year. In the past month, their system had a glitch that disabled our automated videos from sending. After finding such a glitch, it turns out their system actually deleted our videos and our data. We are now fighting them to get the data restored, and repeated emails to Don (Manager) are ignored—minus the automatic AI Email responses.
The customer service is unwilling to refund the downtime and is just playing games in all honesty.
I expect Don to jump on a call with me to discuss the issues and downtime and resolve this.
