One of the worst products I’ve ever used. Pretty sure they’re using mechanical turk to record names. Avoid at all costs.
Impactful tech to any business that seeks to gain an edge over traditional email campaigns. The fact that one can "clone" himself and then mass generate a personalized message over and over is really splendid. I though believe that the platform isn't as user friendly as it could be and thus requires work. However, being in contact with the founder, I'm convinced that they will work out those little road blocks. The platform has made huge improvements already.
I am very frustrated with BHuman. We have been paying for the service for over a year. In the past month, their system had a glitch that disabled our automated videos from sending. After finding such a glitch, it turns out their system actually deleted our videos and our data. We are now fighting them to get the data restored, and repeated emails to Don (Manager) are ignored—minus the automatic AI Email responses. The customer service is unwilling to refund the downtime and is just playing games in all honesty. I expect Don to jump on a call with me to discuss the issues and downtime and resolve this.
Terrible software with even worse support I have purchased this app for the second time only to be met again with bad results. This time I signed up for a Google Meet where oh surprise, we were a group. The first impression I got from the man who attended us, was that of an unfriendly watchman who treats you badly as if he was doing you a favor. When I explained to him that I followed all the steps I had said in the meeting and that I got TERRIBLE results, he started shooting me with a series of assumptions of how I was supposed to have made a mistake. When I showed him the video and saw that none of them were true, he started saying nonsense like "your client's name is too long". Pedro is too long, I mean, if you have a client named Jessica, don't even think about putting her on an automated list because it's going to look like the girl from the exorcist is invoking your client. If there is something more than a buggy app, it is a buggy app that does not recognize itself as such and treats its clients above men. I would pay 5 premium memberships to give less than 100 tacos to such unpresentable companies.
Truly grateful to have this tech available to me to powerfully reach my prospects!!
