Congratulations on the launch 🎊, your product looks exciting and really helpful for somebody having a lot of calls or interviews! Arjun whote in the beginning that there're so many more integrations to add, features to build and, workflows to improve - what are you planning to focus on first further? Or while you wait, how will users apply the latest implemented functionality?
Betafi sounds like a meeting game-changer! Love the idea of one-click capture for key highlights. Just curious, how accurate are the transcriptions, especially in languages other than English?
I've been a paying user of Betafi for more than 6 months now I think. I love the fact that it integrates tightly with Google Meet so I can use it every time I jump on a user interview call. I also love the aha moment highlighting feature because I do all my user interviews alone and cant multi task (listen and take full notes all the time). I'm even using it for general note taking even when I onboard new users, since the recording/note taking feature are smooth and have a slack vibe. Last thing: Super impressed by the quality of engineering (haven't faced a critical bug or lost a single session's data yet, something that unfortunately happened when i tried some other tools in the past)
It's a game-changer for anyone who, like me, spends a good chunk of their day in meetings. First things first, it's super easy to get started with, and it's beginner-friendly. Being a Beta tester, What I loved most about Betafi is that it lets me capture key points from any meeting with just one click. Gone are the days of scrambling to take notes while trying to stay engaged in the conversation. It's like having my own personal assistant keeping track of everything important. 📝👍 Plus, it can transcribe in 30 languages, which is super handy when we're working with international teams. No more lost in translation moments. 🌍 What's even cooler? It lets you bring those notes and clips directly to Miro or FigJam. It's been a lifesaver for our brainstorming sessions, and I bet it will be for yours, too.
I've seen multiple interview recording & feedback based tools, and generally the issue is bringing structure to chaos. The thing that stood out for me with Betafi was the Miro, Figma & Notion integrations. I can totally envision 50 conversations giving website feedback, or product/prototype feedback, and getting collated in a structured fashion, would save time for sure. Also, the pricing felt on point - $20 for 10hrs (more like 20 conversations), so spending $1/conversation is a super good deal I think! Gonna try this out for sure! @sherbondy & team, congrats on the launch!
Excited about this launch, addresses a lot of tediousness involved in toggling between really focusing on the user and trying to capture key highlights. In terms of spotting the trends - are we able to see a visualisation or a report, post call on the summary or the more frequently talked about pain points?
