Disappointed with Berrycast Lifetime Deal. Slow and unresponsive support, buggy Mac app with limited features, video buffering, and no progress. Regretful purchase. Would advise caution before considering this product.

I love the circle of communication whenever I get notified the person I sent the video to has now watched it. It's huge. Because knowing that, informs the next thing I'm doing. So Berrycast has become indispensable to me.

Been using Berrycast for a few months now. It's mostly saving me time and headaches that often come with unclear comms. My main use cases: - Client updates: I record myself & screen over my client notes or shared docs to really explain what I mean and what the next steps are - Project management: I record myself & screen over project management tools like Jira or Notion, as well as over mockups or staging environments. Then I send feedback vids to devs or designers working on the project - Social media updates: I record myself & screen over project updates, new content, or whatever I need to share. Then I share both a text post as well as a Berrycast — I found engagement to be higher when doing so, plus you get the "views" on your Berrycast recording, another interesting metric for reach Overall, if I had to give one constructive feedback point, it'd be to polish the UI/UX a tiny bit, but it's not problematic or deal-breaking for me. Just trying to be helpful here. The team's support thus far has been responsive and helpful as well, so that's good! It's also much cheaper than other products out there, if that's a pain point you have with alternative solutions ✌️

This is an excellent product, I have been using it for several years, and it is one of the most essential tools in my company. 1. Easy to use. 2. Easy to share inside and outside my organization. 3. Unlimited storage is lovely and super fast. 4. Until today, it has never stopped working 5. Customer service is top-notch; They are very professional, efficient, and fast. 6. One key thing is that I can use the links to my company's domain, and my clients and friends feel super safe by easily annealing our links since Berrycast allows me to use my domain. 7. Being able to choose from multiple highlight colors when creating my videos is fantastic. 8. The team account allows me to collaborate with my collaborators easily and keeps my files safe and invisible to them. This is the perfect tool for an SAA to work comfortably and efficiently. Berrycast is my go to app for recording videos. I use it to answer clients questions, to make instruction videos and much more. It has options to link and save mp4 videos and organize them in folders. In top of all that it does, they have great customer service and keep adding features. Strongly recommend it.
