Berrycast is one of those tools that make my life easier. Whenever a client needs instructions on the software they use, it is Berrycast to the rescue. A simple instruction video is made within minutes and is so much easier to (re-)use for the client. It is a keeper!
As someone who struggles to put thought to text, BerryCast has been instrumental in managing the multitude of projects I have on going for various clients around Digital PR. Being able to just speak + show examples and have the AI succintly summarise my thoughts has been game changing. Love the product, the team, and the features.
This is my go to daily app for support emails with Klaviyo, Shopify etc. Never fails to record. Have not tried the new AI feature, but this is sure to make this app stellar!
I've been using Berryast for a while, and even though I have and have used other similar-ish tools, I keep coming back to Berrycast. The main thing for me is that it's quick to record and share a video. I know is in the wheelhouse of a lot of other products, but Berrycast fits that bill of simplicity where I can make my video and share it with customers and stakeholders without fussing with lots of extra settings and whatnot unless I want to. My main uses are in the product space sharing updates, creating source videos for other uses, and communicating short topics that slide decks just aren't a good fit for, and it never disappoints.
The sweetest way to fire off a quick video-capture from your desktop. The video/sound is high quality and a tech support dream. VERY nice tool that doesn't get in your way and works effortlessly.
This is an excellent product, I have been using it for several years, and it is one of the most essential tools in my company. 1. Easy to use. 2. Easy to share inside and outside my organization. 3. Unlimited storage is lovely and super fast. 4. Until today, it has never stopped working 5. Customer service is top-notch; They are very professional, efficient, and fast. 6. One key thing is that I can use the links to my company's domain, and my clients and friends feel super safe by easily annealing our links since Berrycast allows me to use my domain. 7. Being able to choose from multiple highlight colors when creating my videos is fantastic. 8. The team account allows me to collaborate with my collaborators easily and keeps my files safe and invisible to them. This is the perfect tool for an SAA to work comfortably and efficiently. The service is much better and more convenient than analogs. But recently everyone has had their limits cut on tariffs purchased from Appsumo. This is very unfair and unjust. We bought one tariff, they unilaterally changed it to limited -20 hours per month, and it was unlimited
Berrycast is a really great video recording tool and the support is fantastic too! I mostly use Berrycast to explain software to customers or to send error reports if something goes wrong. Try it out today!
