We've loved working with @jacksonsolway and the Before You Apply team. We launched one Eng profile and we're already working on a second profile for our Sales team. It solves a very specific problem for our Employer Brand team without having to rely on our internal marketing team.

Working with the BYA team on our Engineering Team Profile has been such a positive experience. The entire team is incredibly talented, and they are invested in showcasing your company in the best light, to attract the best talent. We've been live for a couple of weeks, and it's already made an impact! I've also found it to be a great conversation starter in first round interviews as well. We can't wait to feature additional teams!
