Personality based itinerary seems like a very huge pro for travelers, but does it work for any destination? Also, what does it recommend if it doesn't find anything according to my personality? Example - I am a party person, but the destination I am going to has no pubs/clubs.

As of right now, Baryl covers anywhere in the world since we are in our tech-enabled phase which means the trip research & planning process is semi-manual. Once we launch our Baryl Studio (fully automated), we will start off the first few months with major cities in the US and than expand to other cities, countries, and soon the less common hot spot destinations around the world! On the backend, we are building an intelligent system that leverages collaborative filtering to make similar recommendations for similar travelers—which means other than just basing recommendations off of your singular travel preferences, we are able to make sense of you holistically as a traveler by taking account of other travelers' data who indicated similar preferences as you. At scale, this becomes an extremely powerful tool that significantly increases our match rate recommending well-liked experiences tailored to what they want. For your example, you may be a party person who loves rooftop bars and clubs, and big data may reveal to use that "party travelers" tend to also enjoy brewery tours and late-night street food scenes - hence, we would deliver these non-pub/club recommendations as well!
