I could not find their official community or a forum to ask questions, so had to use their support tickets. But the product is good, provides nice quality of translation and perfect localization features for WordPress websites.
Great plugin for machine translation; the quality is good but you cannot edit it. Not suitable for manual translation. But it's cheap!
