TLDR: Horrible experience; honestly can't understand why people put in a positive review.
I went for the professional transcription of which they claim it's done by a person. It was horrendous; wasn't making any sense and it was clearly something automated. Quality was just horrible, so I asked for my money back. From there, I sent about 10 e-mails, everytime they had a different excuses, until at one moment they removed my files (!?) and just stopped replying.
I really wouldn't try this. Please, check my other reviews, as I almost never do bad reviews, because I'm a patient and understanding customer. They were just below all expectations and horrible.
