I was struggling to find a healthy and fast breakfast option. I experimented making smoothies every morning, but I got tired of the 10 min of prep and clean required. Ample has helped me get out the door as fast as possible in the mornings and also keeps me feeling good until lunch. I love drinking half of the 600 cal bottles in the morning and saving the other half as a reward for my afternoon workout.
I have tried all varieties with the most recent keto being my favorite as I'm moving to a lower carbohydrate diet. The normal one tastes great too. The vegetarian variety has some consistency issues, mostly getting too thick.
I am looking forward to Ample coming out with selling the formula in a bulk format so I can reduce my waste with the plastic bottles.
