EDIT: I have found a way to chat with support in their Australian TZ. I have figured out a lot of the problems but am still working with them to resolve outstanding issues. I will increase to 2 Stars and re-edit when I have an update with my issues. They are a new company and I am betting overwhelmed with issues on such a new product. How can all the good or otherwise reviews be valid when it HAS JUST started to ship?? I only just got my device a month or so ago and they NEVER shipped before Jan 2023. Support is awful, if you are lucky you get a reply (after the automated ack) a day or so later. Its always from the same person "May" - do they only have ONE person? Secondly the product doesnt work as advertised and the month service trial has so far been fraught with issues and a waste of time. If anyone from airbolt is reading this please get in touch !!! For instance - two devices sat on my window sill for the last few days, one reported in as being 200 miles west of me for 3 minutes and then back to my location while the second one 'did not move'. The accelerometer does not work properly and I can shake my devices like mad and get no movement warnings. Guys I know this was an Indiegogo funded product but you are actually selling these now so how come you arent acting like a real company and supporting your customers.... my email is rswiftDASHgeneralATusaDOTnet NOW I HAVENT HAD A REPLY FOR 5 DAYS AND I HAVE PROVIDED WORD DOCUMENTS AND VIDEOS DOCUMENTING ISSUES... My unit arrived Dead on arrival. Support was initially prompt in responding, and I offered to ship the faulty unit back. But its been 2 months now, and support has ghosted me. Looks like some kind of fraud company, avoid

This review will be as informative and quick as I can make it: I bought two of those and none will pair with any of the phones at home. The apps* crash and don't track the AirBolts. Currently (may 2023) simply worthless. * You need to join the beta for one of the two apps (why are there 2 different Airbolt apps?).

Does NOT work. Don't buy! Tried two different AirBolt GPS units. They will only occationally give you a location, sometimes off by 100:s of meters in any direction, or even further away. Geofencing is NOT implemented (the app states is as "coming soon" since early spring), but (fake) reviews mentions this as a great feature. Live update is NOT working. You might get a location eventually, if you're lucky, but that can take minutes. Battery lasts a few days, no matter what mode used. Never got accelerometer feature working. Set it to report location by interval, it can't even do that properly. Support ghosts you after a few e-mails. All positive reviews of this product are probably fake, just read comments on Kickstarter and IndieGogo about this product before even consider buying it.

Just received my device after my wife bought it on QVC. I originally wanted it for my dog (Larry), and it worked great for tracking while my neighbor's son took him for walks. It was fun to see the app track his progress around the block, and I was able to change how often it reported his progress. Gave me peace of mind that Larry didn't run off. I also used it on my luggage when I traveled down to San Diego as well, and it was really fun seeing a notification pop up when my bag was being taken off the plane. This device is small and has a ton of different uses. I love that it's rechargeable as well. I would highly recommend this! DP

User Having waited over 2 years to receive my Airbolt GPS I am disappointed that it will not connect to Cell in the UK at present. No offer of either a replacement or a refund. They just ignore you. It's is currently nothing more than an expensive key ring charm. Shocking

May 2023. I waited for my (paid for) Airbolt for over 2 years. Finally came and it's been almost 4 weeks and it does not show any location (well, show a map of Africa - I'm in Wisconsin). It says it's connected to Blue Tooth, I updated the firmware. Airbolt support has been no help. I need someone to call me and walk me through or replace this item. I really wanted this tracker and may have to request a refund This is beyond ridiculous. Plus there is no dog collar loop for it - you must separately order it which I did the day after the airbolt arrived. Still hasn't come which is OK cause I can't get the airbolt gps working! But really, you sell the Airbolt GPS as a dog tracker and then don't even alert people that it needs a separate dog collar attachment. Not impressed and so disappointed. Now it is May 2024 and I was just charged $59.99 for the yearly subscription which was cancelled LAST May. I have sent them the email of the cancel and their support keeps telling me unfortunately they can't offer refund if subscrition not cancelled BEFORE the charge is made. They are not READING my support ticket. They are beyond bad and now fraudulent. There is no way to speak to someone. RUN from this company and tehir bad product and worse service.

I'm 55, and have never in my life purchased a product so miserably worthless. I purchased two AIRBOLT trackers for my sheep dogs. Neither tracker works at all. One always shows zero battery when I just charged for the five hours as instructed. The other shows full battery on my phone and laptop but it never moves. After several emails, the company has only responded once with reset directions. I followed them precisely and still do not work. I have had two other people check them to double check my set up and same results. They just don't work at all. When a company won't contact you after several emails and offers no help line to call, it stinks of FRAUD. Shipping me a rock would have been more useful.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Item doesn't work at all, zero support from company. The device came from some random address in california, not a business address. I finally got someone when I wanted to return item for refund. Sent item to address given, which was a residential address in Minnesota. Never got my refund and have sent dozens of emails with no response. By far the most worthless company, if they actually have employees they all should be thrown into a chamber and gassed for just being worthless human beings.

Purchased the device, but it took 4 months to arrive. Customer service only responded to my inquiries when I threaten to report transaction as fraudulent. Finally received 2 devices. One does not work. Customer service responds intermittently with ineffective solutions. Have pressed them to replace device (I also purchased protection plan). They have simply stopped responding. Device does not function as advertised. DO NOT PURCHASE.
