We've been doing customer service-as-a-service for nearly 3 years now. We noticed about a year and a half ago that AI could be a great integration into our business model. So, we started working on building out something on GPT-3.
After building something worth testing, we've been in a private beta offering this to our existing stores and migrating them off of full human customer support and onto a fully AI model. We found out quickly AI was unpredictable with responses – so we came up with the idea to merge our current model with the AI business, and so a hybrid model was born. Pairing our current CS team with the AI to help businesses scale infinitely while having some human oversight.
We're in a public beta now, taking on all types of clients and relentlessly training our model while building out new features.
