I’ve been using AhaSend for a month to develop my project, sending about 1 or 2 test emails per day. The day before deploying my product, my account was automatically blocked by AhaSend. I sent them an email asking to urgently unsuspend my account as it was their fault—I didn’t send spam or violate any TOS. But here we are: A week has passed with no response from support. I was extremely upset because 24 hours before production deployment, the most critical part of my app stopped working! I had to work sleepless nights to connect other SMTP services instead of AhaSend. I would not recommend them for critical projects—only hobbyist use, at best.
