AdGuard for Safari is head and shoulders above competition in terms of ad blocking potential and available customization options. AdGuard brings back everything what was lost with the new Safari extensions SDK: popular filters subscriptions, custom user filters, manual element hider, and more.
I use AdGuard for Safari on both my desktop and smartphone (paid version) every day, and have been doing so for years. Since I started using it, browsing the web has become much, much easier. The only downside is that they haven't been able to implement an effective pop-up blocker that's better than the one offered by Safari. I hope this can be done in the future!
