AdBacklog helps digital marketers manage campaigns without jumping between Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Slack, Notion, emails, and spreadsheets. Plan, track, and optimize campaigns in one place — from idea to insight, across teams and channels.
We recently put together a detailed comparison table of the top tools used for marketing campaign tracking and creative collaboration and how they stack up against AdBacklog, our purpose-built platform.
I have been using Notion to manage ad content workflows, mainly because of its flexibility and customization options. That said, I can definitely see the value of AdBacklog for marketers or clients who aren’t as familiar with Notion or don’t want to build complex templates. It’s more focused and ready to go out of the box. Solid product, giving it 4 stars mainly because I’ll personally stick with Notion for now, but I think this could be a great fit for teams who need a dedicated, easier-to-use solution.
Thanks so much for the thoughtful review, Sidra — really appreciate you taking the time!
You're absolutely right: Notion is super flexible, but setting up templates can be time-consuming. And depending on team size, the per-user cost can really add up.
That’s exactly what we aimed to solve with AdBacklog: it’s ready to go from day one, built specifically for marketing teams and agencies — with unlimited seats at a fixed price.
