I can't even upgrade my account. Their customer service is horrendous and our entire platform depends on their APIs. We are hitting our limits and have no way to upgrade due to a bug in THEIR OWN CODE. Incredibly frustrating.
They employ a number of dark patterns with their platform. Dishonest customer service.
