@gustaf@ycombinator@zoios@mikkel_agesen Wouldn't employees be less likely to be stressed out if they LOVE their occupation, rather than just the money that it pays? I can recall a popular saying: "It's a beautiful life when you love what you do!"
Absolutely @deshond 👏 People need to first find an occupation they love. From there, companies should ensure a great environment where talent can thrive - first of all for the well-being of the employee but also for the growth of the company.

You are right - in Denmark (where we have our headquarters) 69% of people report moving to another company because of the relationship, or lack thereof, to their manager.
So, naturally we work hard to ensure that companies using Zoios don't experience that - because that is statistically the biggest churn reason. As Mikkel also wrote in the Makers comment, we help companies answer the question: "🙍♂️ Are all our managers doing a great job leading a team?"
The platform actually helps points to where in the organization the problem is rooted; Culture, Managers, Colleagues or Individual. Furthermore, the team driver analyses are usually shared with team managers to help them see how they are performing from a managerial perspective and improve in ways that the team values (we then help track the progress).
We talk to companies every month that see the need for developing one, or more, of their managers - it is really quite cool to help that process! 💪
