Right now, people primarily use the video feature for the "one size fits all" approach - adding an introduction that works for everyone who books with them.
We do currently have a "personalized invite" feature for creating one-time booking links for specific individuals. However, we still need to add support for personalized HD videos within that functionality - your idea about integrating on-the-spot recordings is 🔥 and definitely on our roadmap!
