XataForm is an open source form builder, for teams that want a Typeform alternative that they can host for free on Vercel or Netlify + Xata and modify it to their liking.
Just like Typeform, it displays the questions one at a time in a nice UI experience. It is a Next.js + Tailwind web app that you can easily tune to your liking.
On the admin side, It includes a complete editing UI for questions, lots of question types, and you can export the responses to CSV.

@igorpavlov So far it's quite basic but since you can export a csv, you can simply analyse your responses in your favorite tool (excel, jupyter notebook, observablehq…)
It could be nice to add some tools to draw graphs directly in XataForm, maybe in the future :)
We use forms extensively at our startup. So excited to come across a typeform alternative like XataForm. Having said that, I would suggest that UI could be more intuitive. For example: I was searching for the public form url after creating the form.
Also it would be amazing if you could bring conditional logic feature soon. Looking forward to it so I could use Xataform as a typeform replacement.
The positioning of the product is perfect (Open source alternative of TypeForm). If this can disrupt Typeform, this will be a breakthrough.
