Thanks @kensavage you can upload your teams contact information via a CSV file. All data sent is encrypted in transit and at rest using an industry-standard encryption algorithm. All our API and application endpoints are TLS/SSL only. Although no service can ever be 100% secure we make every effort to ensure your data is kept secure. You are in complete control over all your data and can remove it whenever you want.
Hi @lucas_tweddle standard pricing is $1 per person/month + $0.30 per notification.
But currently we're waiving the monthly fee to support business through current events.
The volume discounts would be for the monthly charge. The per person charges decrease as you have more members.
