User of the app here: I work a high paced office job, tough on demand very detail oriented. I've found myself using this app which has calmed be down throughout the day, refocused my thoughts and kept me on task. Great app for anyone that's feeling anxious and needs a little break from the noise of life. Also found it helpful for creative hobbies on the side. Found this app and tracks effective layered with background noise of the patio.

Frequent user of VIBE and sometimes have anxiety attacks which are hard to manage and recollect myself. Whenever these attacks happen, VIBE really helps with the selection process of how Im feeling and the musical frequencies to match my emotions. Would like to see some more development in the UI section otherwise , near to perfect mental health musical therapy app, would definitely recommend to anyone going through something similar!!
