We utilize the AI in different spots Automate the interview: Our algorithm combine 3 factors - Candidate answers: Match between the candidate answer and the model answer of the recruiter - First impression: We take out the first impression of the recruiter and provide a psychometric analysis of the candidate according to personality five traits extracted from the video - Resume(CV) and JD matching Also, we provide code assessments the answers get analyzed by the algorithm In addition to, an AI avatar -virtual recruiter- that hosts the interview, asks the candidate the questions this is a side from the basic recommendation system of the sourcing boards and parsing resumes... etc
