As a freelancer on Upwork, I sometimes miss applying for a job I know I'm well qualified for, but why is this?, Simple , I wasn't online when the gig was posted and freelancer who saw the job first jumped on it. This is why I built Uptrackr, so that even if you aren't online on Upwork, you still receive Upwork (base on your filters) alerts as soon as they are posted.
