What do you think? …

In my workflow, I wouldn't really need to use this, as is swear by boomerang for gmail. So I can tick a box "boomerang this if I don't get a reply by x date". Great work though stef

@_jacksmith Ditto. I used to use Boomerang and use Right Inbox instead now but same concept.
Jack Smith
@thetylerhayes why did you switch?
Stefano Bernardi
@_jacksmith yeah Boomerang is awesome - I'm just lazy and forget to click the thing. This gives me a view on every single unreplied one - then I decide which ones to act on.
Tyler Hayes
@_jacksmith Boomerang's pricing structure kept getting higher and higher, so I wanted to see what else existed. Turns out: Right Inbox looks and feels like a much more native Gmail integration so I stuck with it.

Worked on this on a couple of evenings. Not the most polished product but time isn't really abundant at the moment :) Anyways, works well enough for what I had in mind. Happy to answer any questions here!

@stefanobernardi Since you're somewhat of a BD man at Betable, how long have you wanted this for yourself? Before you built this, what, if anything, did you use for this same tracking/functionality?
Stefano Bernardi
@ZackShapiro for a good while! Not only externally but also for internal emails. Before I just searched in my sent folder, horrible.

This looks like a solid product, although I use a custom gmail label system inspired by this blog post that allows me to do the same thing + a fair amount more...for free :) http://klinger.io/post/716408459...
Stefano Bernardi
@ajwaxman that is impressive to say the least. Unfortunately, I use Gmail mostly from Mailbox on my iPhone and I can't set labels easily there.
Adam Waxman
@stefanobernardi very true! Been waiting for someone to come out w/ a good iOS app that integrates labels well

@ajwaxman Oh my, this is a beautiful use of Gmail - I didn't realise that's what the multi-inbox Lab feature could be used for, but I'm definitely going to give it a try. Thanks for sharing :) Nice one @andreasklinger!
