We all know life gets hectic and stress is inevitable. I wanted to create something that helps people find a little peace without needing a ton of time or effort. Unlearn Stress is all about keeping it simple and relatable. The shaman breathing exercise, 15m-30m, has been consistently most helpful for me to manage any stress. My body always relaxes.
