Hey Product Hunt 👋 Rory here, the Co-founder of trumpet 🎺. I’m beyond excited to bring trumpet to the Product Hunt community today. We launched our beta in June 2022 and have been onboarding users ever since whilst getting tonnes of amazing feedback and iterating on it. Since the beta launch we have released 325+ new features and 35+ new integrations! We currently have 3,000+ happy trumpeters on the platform 😃 I was the Sales Lead for EMEA at Hotjar and my Co-founders, Nick and Andrew, are exited founders of DesignMyNight. Combined we have over 20 years experience in sales and could see the sales cycle is broken. 💔 Why? Because buying software sucks. There's too much email ping pong, content to be consumed, competitors to be compared, ROI to be calculated, risk to be assessed, links and docs to be shared and stakeholders to be navigated. 😭 No wonder 9 out of 10 buyers want a better way to buy. 🤷 So we set out to change this, with a focus on Buyer Enablement and with Pods. Pods?! Pods are auto-personalised microsites where a salesperson and a buyer can collaborate to get a deal done, quicker. They are interactive, centralised and trackable spaces where the seller can add all the content (text, video, audio, attachments, embedding, integrations) and the buyer can make comments, annotations and interact with mutual action plans: All the way from cold outreach, to post-demo follow ups, to proposals and onto onboarding and account management. The FULL cycle. ♻️ Our trumpet users also get actionable insights into how their prospects, customers and partners are interacting with their Pods to better understand engagement, what content is working and ultimately - what good looks like. 📈 We wanted to see if this thesis worked…Will this method get more deals done, quicker and with happier buyers? So, over the last 10 months we’ve been crunching the data and speaking to hundreds of users and we think we’ve hit on something…. 💡 Our Pod open rate stands at 76% for outreach (vs 6% of PDFs opened on cold outreach emails), deal cycles are getting done 40% quicker and we have an 86 NPS score from the end buyer who actually enjoyed being sold too. Novel, we know! 🤯 So here we are, ready to bare our soul to the Product Hunt community, hoping you’ll love what we are trying to achieve here and change the day-to-day working life for sales, customer success and account management teams. 🙏 We of course will await all feedback with baited breath - no feedback is bad feedback in our eyes. We have a tonne more coming week on week and we can’t wait to share all the progress with you. 🚀
