@devindsgbyq I'm also a YACEP certified stretching coach. Normally when you have sciatica pain please do the stretch max 5/10 intensity, stretch in the position that you can breathe normally and don't push through pain!

@renchu_song Apart from being a mobile developer I'm also a YACEP certified stretching coach. I use that knowledge to create this TouchToe app. I would put it this way. The research backing part is the exercises. We use science-based stretching technique which is consider to be therapeutic exercises. It's the same exercise that is use in rehab/physio. It's completely safe to follow with the detailed guide and suitable options. We put a clear message on not to push through pain. We also do flexibility test to create tailored routine for each user! The 21-days is the time that takes people to develop habits. However, it also have a meaning in our exercise program. We do divide the program into three week with each week having different options and poses for different purpose along the program. Thanks for your comment!
