The name Todobird is based on the story of the early bird that rises early to be fed. In the past few months of outsourcing projects I have learned that todo is the only product I really need, and I have actually changed my todo for many different ones, including teambition, todoist, etc., but most of these products have some dissatisfaction, mainly because they are too complicated, for people like me who are used to managing their own progress, do not need complicated team At the same time, I feel that most of the Todo's do not support skinning, I prefer to manage my progress in a good looking Todo. So as a full-stack engineer, I decided to build my own wheel. Before I started working on it, I read Pieter Levels' startup story, and after reading it, I felt very much in agreement that entrepreneurship is the process of finding and solving problems, and this deepened my decision to make Todo Simple enough, I didn't want to turn it into a complex tool like teambition skinnable, I wanted to have different skins for TODO for day and night, and even a different colour scheme It needs to be a Mac native application, but it can be wrapped in a browser kernel, so at least you don't have to open the site every time. It should be fast, lightweight, and not require multiple people to collaborate, so it can be used for one person's TODO management needs. ------------------------ Invitation function and VIP design As a product, I expect TodoBird to solve the management needs of many remote workers like me, or individual workers, so it must be a free product. I think it would be great if it could be spread naturally, so I've designed a VIP mechanism and I'm going to seriously make two exclusive themes for VIPs, which will be nice to look at, but the only way to get them is to invite two friends to try out the product. It's also a good way to give back to all the people who have promoted TodoBird.
