Hey! I’m Kirill, co-founder of Therappy 👋
About a year ago, my team and I had a chance to visit a therapist to cope with anxiety and burnout onset by the COVID-19 isolation. The therapist helped us feel better by using a variety of practices based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
That’s when we decided to help thousands of people who were just as tired of uncertainty and pressure and dealing with mental issues that seemed to multiply by the bunch. I started making a self-therapy platform that would contain solid self-help information. That's how the Therappy app was born!
How does Therappy work?
– Choose a mental problem which you feel bothers you the most at the moment. Is it anxiety, insomnia, low self-esteem, panic attacks, or perhaps you feel like you owe the world to the world?
– Give yourself about 15 minutes and listen to an audio session, whether you are on the road or in your bedroom.
– Complete the practices after the sessions and feel how your emotional state changes.
– Change your life and your relationships for the better.
You can find daily short sessions in the latest Therappy update. This self-therapy content is for anyone who needs a quick pick-me-up. Daily audio sessions may be short (lasting about 5 minutes only) yet they discuss important aspects of our lives such as gratitude, acceptance, letting go, and love.

@dmitry_kim Dmitry, I'm glad to hear that! If you enjoyed the course on dealing with anxiety, be sure to listen to our new content. There are also about phobias, self-esteem and panic attacks. Additionally, we develop mini-courses with specific situations. Such as fear of flying, conflict with a partner, insomnia. Short format but very useful!
Hi Calum, thank you! We rebuilt the app – at first, we focused on courses as a tool for coping with mild mental issues. After receiving feedback from our users, we understood that we need to update our product. So now we're focusing on small sessions and daily mental health fitness exercises.
By the way, our designer changed the app's interface and style. Today it's really pretty 😊
