The SMS Automation Template Library: SMS automation templates to grow your e-commerce brand.

I'm a noob when it comes to ecommerce and shopify. Curious though, do people still actually check their SMS. Most, if not all, conversations are already taking place via instant chats like Whatsapp, Messenger, Telegram, etc. Those left in SMS are all ads. At least that's what my phone looks like. This is a genuine question. Thanks.

@welly_mulia Great Q. I think this changes a lot country to country. Inside the us and north america, it's still a major/dominant communication protocol. And because of limitations on whatsap, messenger, telegram etc (i.e. theyre owned by companies and have rules, vs sms being "open"), it's the right channel for business to utilizie
