In this podcast, serial entrepreneur Hadi Radwan will sit with founders and entrepreneurs to uncover how they acquired their first 100 paying customers. This podcast is designed for early-stage founders or soon-to-become entrepreneurs.
Hey there, this is Hadi.
I wanted to share a new podcast I am hosting, The First 100. I have been in the startup business for the past 15 years, and I launched a few startups that didnβt make my resume because they were either ideas only or a product that never found market fit. And itβs hard to find a product or a service that solves a pain point, gets traction and becomes a successful venture. The stats are against us because around 90% of startups do fail.
Starting a company is hard. The only way to increase your chances is to learn from others who have succeeded. In this show, I wanted to focus on the early journey of amazing entrepreneurs and founders and learn how they acquired their first 100 paying customers, what they learned from them, and how they improved their companies afterward. I wanted to focus on this important milestone because the first 100 are hard to convince to buy your product or service but crucial to proving product-market fit.
I am new to this podcasting business, so bear with me as I make mistakes, learn and become better, and extract the most valuable and actionable insights, frameworks, tactics, and methods these founders used to get their first 100.
